- Curated Letter: A letter from us to you, sharing our lives with you. Exclusive behind-the-scenes stories and personal reflections you won’t find anywhere else.
- Original Photo Prints (5 * 7)”: As photographers, we would like to share our photographs with you. High-quality photographs capturing Luxembourg’s landscapes, architecture, cultural events, and daily-life moments.
- Interactive Activity: A small surprise to match the theme, like a word search, a crossword, or just something fun to do.
- Field Notes or Photo Context Cards: The stories, locations, and inspiration behind each photograph.
- Custom Postcards: Beautifully designed cards featuring iconic Luxembourg, perfect for collecting or sending to friends.
- Limited Edition Bookmarks: Collectible bookmarks featuring stories of Luxembourg landmarks. (inaugural special)
How it works?
- Mail is sent the first week of each month via standard national/international mail without tracking.
- Join by the last day of the month to receive the following month’s mailer. (Example: If you subscribe on May 1, your first mailer will be the June edition, which ships out during the first week of June.)
- Billed on the same day you initially subscribed.
- Shipping is included in the price.
- Change your shipping address or cancel your subscription anytime.
We would love to introduce an option where you can also shop our past mailers in future. We do not want anyone to miss out.

All mailers are sent from Luxembourg during the first week of each month.
Joined between May 1-30? Your first mailer will be June’s edition shipped out on June 5th. (Please allow up to 14 business days for Luxembourg/Europe delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery after shipment.)
Mailing Schedule:
- June Mailer: Scheduled to send on the first week of June
- July Mailer: Scheduled to send on the first week of July
- August Mailer: Scheduled to send on the first week of August
Do you ship internationally?
Grand Duchy Tales is available in all countries.
My mailer arrived damaged.
If your mailer arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@grandduchytales.lu with your name and photos of the item(s). Our usual email response time is 1-3 business days.
How can I change my address, billing, & other information?
Update your shipping address and billing info, and manage your account details anytime by using the Stripe Customer Portal. You can also email us at contact@grandduchytales.lu with your name and new address.
How can I track my mailer?
To keep Mail Club affordable, mailers are sent with standard stamps, so tracking isn’t available.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed on the same day of each month as when you initially subscribed.
It’s been over the estimated delivery time, and I still haven’t received my mailer. What should I do?

Once shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for Luxembourg and European delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery. If your mailer hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, it’s possible it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at contact@grandduchytales.lu with the following information so we can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name, shipping address, and the date you joined the Architecture Mail Club.
